Makes 64 pieces.

EditIngredients3 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips1 cup of vanilla chips or more chocolate chips1/4 cup of butter3 cups of powdered sugar1 cup of Bailey's Irish Cream1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Truffle Topping1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips1/2 cup of vanilla chips or more chocolate chips2 tablespoons of butter (cut into small pieces)4 tablespoons of Bailey's Irish Cream

Fudge1Prepare Ingredients.

2Use a double boiler to melt all of the chips with the butter.

3Stir the chocolate until the mixture is soft, but be cautious in not to overheat it.

4Pour in the Bailey's and powdered sugar into the chocolate pan. Stir everything together.

5Add the nuts at this point if you wish.

6Spread the fudge mixture into your greased baking pan.

Topping1Melt the chocolate chips over medium heat until they are completely melted and then remove the pan from the heat.

2Stir in the butter and Bailey's until the mixture becomes smooth.

Final Touches1Spread the topping mixture onto the fudge and use a knife to spread everything evenly.

2Place the greased pan into the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

3Finished.
